"It" Event: The Holiday Lookbook with Bobbie Thomas

by: DonnaHo

Yes, it's that time of year when you need to start thinking about gifts for the holiday season.  Need
a unique gift idea or want to know about the latest and hottest products on the market?

The Holiday Lookbook preview is here to help. The bi-annual event was held this week with style
expert and Today Show Style Guide Bobbie Thomas hosting the stylish affair.

Each table featured a wide variety of products-- from accessories, gadgets, beauty, fashion, to food.

So readers, take a look at some of the products I think would be perfect gift ideas for your loved
ones this season.

1. WEN Hair & Body Care

Celebrity hair stylist Chaz Dean has created an all-natural and lather-free line of hair and body
products for women and men of all ages.  The all-in-one cleansing conditioner is more than just
a shampoo because it won't strip color and the natural oils from the hair. Fans of this eco-friendly
line include Marcia Cross, Felicity Huffman, Nicollette Sheridan, Halle Berry, Charlize Theron,
and many others.

2. Kacey K. Fine Jewelry

Want to personalize a gift? Look no future than Kacey K. Fine Jewelry, a New Jersey based
company known for its cool initial designs.  As a mother of three, Kacey started designing a
necklace in honor of her children.  She soon expanded her line into a large collection of
14K gold pendants and other pieces. Buy just one piece for a simple look or get multiple pieces
to layer.

3. RuMe

Carrying a reusable bag is definitely the way to go these days.  RuMe is great line of eco-friendly
bags that are affordable, fashionable, and functional.  The bags will only cost you from $4 to $22
and serve many purposes.  From grocery shopping, food storage, to an everyday bag, the RuMe
also holds up to 50 lbs, is water resistant and machine washable.

4. Artillerie Luxury Lingerie Travel Bags

These lingerie bags are totally glam and practical.  The Artillerie signature bags feature "secret" compartments to hold your lingerie or anything else you or a friend desires.

5. Freehands

A uni-sex design keeps these gloves simple and perfect for those who want to be able to use a
cell phone and multi-task while staying warm.  With the removable finger pockets, there is no
need to remove these gloves when the weather is frigid. Price ranges from $18 to $40.

6. Birds of Sausalito

There's really nothing like a pair of cozy boxers.  Get your dad or significant other a pair of boxers
that mix comfort and style with a simple design made of luxurious pima cotton.

7. Ming Wang

No need for me to really say this, but every woman needs a basic black dress.  Why not give
one that also works to slim the body even more and won't ever fade?  Ming Wang GoFigure!
collection includes skirts, pants, and dresses that will flatter and contour.  This line of machine-
washable, wrinkle free and color protected pieces will cost anywhere from $130 to $165.

8. Smartbox

Probably one of the most versatile and innovative gifts, the Smartbox is a gift card allowing
someone to choose from a selection of activities and destinations.  Smartbox themes include
Fun For All, Adventure, Serenity, Charming Getaways, Adrenaline, and Gourmet Retreats.

9. Saltalamacchia Jewelry

A piece by Saltalamacchia will be sure to make you stand out in a crowd.  These pieces combine materials such as knotted leather and braided horsehair making this line completely unique and interesting.

10. Moja Mix

For the food lovers in your life, make a customized mix of granola for them with Moja Mix.
Blend a variety of all natural ingredients and send it to anyone in the U.S.
